***** They taste yummy. The Natural Berry flavor tastes good, like real berries, not artificial berry flavor. Sweet but not overly sweet, which I like.
Aroma / Scent:
***** They smell good, like berries. They don't have that vitamin/mineral smell that other supplements do, and no unpleasant, fishy gelatin odor that some gummies
Appearance:
***** They're cute, little, bite-sized cylinder shapes with little raspberry bumpy texture on top. Some are a raspberry-red colored and some are blueberry-dark-purple colored.
Size:
***** They're small and bite-sized - width of a dime and 1/4 inch tall.
Texture:
***** They have a good gummy texture that reminds me of fruit snacks.
Ease Of Use:
***** Easy - 2 gummies daily. And much easier to take than hard-to-swallow tablets/caps.
Effectiveness:
***** They seem to serve their purpose well. They leave me feeling as good as the multi-vitamins I took previous to when I began taking these. However, after recommending these to my mom who had been experiencing thinning hair over the past year, she began taking them a month ago and said she's noticed an improvement in her hair growth.
Value:
**** They are a pretty good value - each bottle contains 70 gummies which with their 2-gummy daily serving gives you 35 days worth of multivites, and their average price is $7.99 per bottle, The only reason I give it 4 Stars is because they don't contain Iron and Zinc. So to get Iron and Zinc I'd need to purchase those additionally.
Overall Rating:
**** Aside from lacking Iron and Zinc, these are a great overall gummy multivitamin.
I will continue using the remaining gummies in my complimentary bottle, and will consider and likely buy these next time I need gummy multivitamins.
I recommend these to any woman looking for a great tasting, easy-to-take gummy multivitamin.
I have been and will continue recommending these to my family and friends. And since recommending them to my mom, she's begun taking them, too.
